Please text me BEFORE booking your appointment. HAIR DROP-OFFS • Hair must be dropped off to my location 2-3 days before appointment date. • I recommend dropping off your hair immediately after booking. • $20 extra for SAME DAY CUSTOMIZATION. Cancellation Policy
No Call/No Show = Will be removed an banned from booking with me.
PLEASE arrive on time to your appointment
You have a 10 minute grace period but after 10 minutes you are considered late!
A $20 late fee is applied and service will still be giving. After 20 minutes, your appointment WILL BE cancelled and you’ll
have to book again.

When scheduling your appointment, make sure that you can actually make it!
Unless it's and emergency or personal problem but please COMMUNICATE.
• You may cancel up to 48 hours until your scheduled appointment time.
• If you want to reschedule, you may do so up to 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time.
You may only be allowed one time to reschedule & It may only be in the month that we are in, at that point in time.
For example, if we’re in the month of January, you may only reschedule for appointments in the month of January if it’s available.
You CANNOT reschedule the day of your appointment!
